Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons cereal flakes
- 2 teaspoons non dairy creamer (Vina Cereal)
- 1 ½ teaspoons sugar

Directions:
- Put  all above ingredients into a cup
- Add 150 ml hot water, stir well and enjoy
