c. Application: Sponge cake

d. Guideline to make Sponge Cake
-> Recipe:

- 1 kg of Sponge Cake Mix Fairy
- 10 eggs (500 g)
- 300 g of water or fresh milk (plain)
- 100 g of cooking oil or butter
-> Instruction:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 160-180oC. Grease bottom of cake moulds with vegetable oil or line with paper baking.
Step 2: Put Sponge Mix, egg and water in a mixing bowl and mix at a slow speed for about 1 minute.
Step 3: Scrape the batter and mix it at a high speed for about 6-7 minutes until the batter is smooth and homogenous.
Step 4: Add oil into the better and mix it at a slow speed for about 1 minute.
Step 5: Pour the batter into a mould and bake at 160-180oC for about 30-40 minutes.
Note: These instructions are for guidance usage only and could be changed accordingly (based on the shop/home conditions, finished product, etc.)
